DuraChlor pH Up is used for raising the pH of swimming pool water. Maintaining a proper pH level will reduce eye irritation, prevent corrosion of pool equipment and prevent rapid chlorine loss.

Directions for use:

• The ideal pH of swimming pool water is between 7.2 and 7.6. If a test kit reading indicates that the pH is less than 7.2, sprinkle 1 pound of Haviland pH increaser directly into the pool water for every 10,000 gallons of water. Wait two hours and test again. If pH reading is still below 7.2, repeat application until pool water is within the proper range.
